FARMS

Selection

• Quality of meat does not only depend on feeding methods , but in fact about 40% of it depends on good genes.
• Not all cattle are of a good breed, and indeed good breading methods help increase yield and taste.
• Disregard this fact and you only have about 60% opportunity to yield meat that is unique in its quality.
• It is for this reason MKIT has spent a lot of time and money focusing on this area in order to provide high quality that is distinctive in the market.

Feeding the Young to Maturity

• Feeding process starts as soon as small cattle’s enter the farm after thrall inspection.
• They are fed milk and continue to do so for 125 days.
• When the young reach the weight of 120 kilos they are cut off the milk as their sole source of food, and are given dry food with our unique blend included.
• Our unique blend consists of all naturally grown organic products such as corn, cotton seeds, silage etc…
• Such a blend can have a great effect on the taste.
• It is for this reason again, a lot of time was spend by MKIT’s food specialists through an endless process of trial and error until it reached its desired blend and taste of beef.
• Cattle’s are ready and prim at the weight of 450 kilos.
